Mike Kussmann is the best realtor I have ever used in my life. I was living on the east coast of Florida and hesitant to make the trip to Naples. Mike was patient and eventually after two weeks I decided to come to Naples to look at properties with my husband. in one day he showed us five houses each one matched what we were looking for we put in an offer someone bid higher but Mike kept persisting he is such a pleasure to be with he took us out to see at each house in his car we had lunch he took us to a great restaurant he is a true professional never pushed us once finally he suggested that we look at one of the houses again rather than looking for a rental we saw the house I walked in and I said this is it let’s make an offer we made the offer and within a few hours we heard that we had gotten the house before we knew it we were under contract but Mike did not let up he helped us do…
